Comedy and Meal Shortages

Running out of meals before I go onstage has happened more than once. How do you deal with it when your audience isn’t too happy. Here’s a few stories about miscounting meals. The biggest snafu was the group of 4400 people and they ran out of meals for 1500 people. . . and it was their employee appreciate dinner!
